iPhone with full storage stuck on apple logo

He conseguido sacar un iphone de un "stuck on apple logo with fuill storage".

I have managed to get an iphone out of a "stuck on apple logo with fuill storage".

My wife let her phone fill with photos and other files. You received a message needing to delete files because the storage was full. At one point the phone is locked and when you turn it off and restart it, the phone is locked on the black screen with the apple logo.

Several times I have tried to update the phone from the pc, with the different firmwares that apple has been publishing, since December 2020, the error 14 always appeared more than possibly due to having the full storage. I have avoided using the restore option so as not to lose the data and photos of the iphone.

Finally with firmware 14.4.2, I have tried the update option and I have gotten the phone to update and boot.

I always believed that it was impossible to start it, but my wife insisted that she needed those photos and that she not use the option to restore the phone. I think that the firm 14.4.2 has a size somewhat lower than the previous ones and that is why I have managed to load said firmware. I publish it because I know it is a common problem and many people have had something similar. Have hope you need a firm that weighs slightly less than the previous one (that is the explanation that I give to the possible solution).

The other possibility is to pressure apple to release some recovery firmware with less functionality, but that allows you to recover the files and photos. I understand that they are not interested in promoting the payment programs for storage in the new, but that you know that it is possible to recover the files if the firmware was somewhat smaller than the previous ones.

I hope to be helpful.
