What if I didn’t install my apps during setup and selected install later. Where do I find them?

I can’t install my apps

can't delete apps So for some reason I can’t delete any app..? So essentially I when I press the minus button it only gives me the option to remove from Home Screen, and then I can’t delete it. I checked in the App Library to see if it would help, but nope. I’m confused and it’s taking up storage.
