Using Hardware and iCloud:
You can use your devices, or you can use iCloud storage.

Using iCloud:
You have 5GB of free storage. A typical music file is 2-4MB. So, if you have 1000 some, you'll be just fine, assuming the criteria is met, numerically. If you do not have enough storage, then upgrade your plan. Go here: Upgrade or Downgrade your iCloud Storage - Apple Support
