Back up ipad

Hi, yesterday I got my iPad replaced because it was broken but I had insurance or a warranty or something. I didn’t know it was going to get replaced I thought the screen would just be fixed so I didn’t back up my old iPad. I really need some of the work and stuff I have on that iPad but can’t get it back without backing it up from that iPad. Is there anyway to go back tomorrow and get my iPad back to back it up so I can get my stuff back???
