ipassword & password manager

I have been using the ipassword app for years. With the latest iOS update the app can no longer be accessed. There is a new program out there with the same icon but it's called Password Manager. Does anyone know if there is a way to access the data in the old program and import it into Password Manager? How do I find the back up of ipassword on my PC? I don't back up to the cloud.

Others have written about this and it appears iPassword no longer supports this app and it's no longer in the App Store. Others have attempted to reach the app developer without success. So there is really no way to get your data from this no longer supported app into a different app.
