Asking for passcode

every time i end a call, iPhone is seeking the passcode to unlock it... how to over come it ?

my iphone is upgraded to the last version of ios(14.5)

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

Your device will require your passcode when you do the following:

Turn on or restart your device
Press the Home button or swipe up to unlock your device (you can change this)
Update your software
Erase your device
View or change passcode settings
Install iOS or iPadOS Configuration profiles
Dialled Emergency SOS
