Using the third camera on the iPhone 12 Pro

I bought the iPhone 12 Pro and do not quite understand how to use the third camera in a photo set.

Would appreciate help

Please see image below-

Open the Camera app ➔ Choose Photo: Here, you will see the three lens options as shown in the Red Rectangle in the image above. From the left, the lenses are Ultra Wide, Wide, and Telephoto. You can select 0.5, 1 or 2.5 by just tapping on each.
