What do you mean how do you return it? You take it back to the store where you bought it and tell them you're not happy with it and you want your money back.
No idea what "emi" is.
If you can't return it to whoever you bought it from, I have to assume that you bought a gray market phone that probably wasn't even originally sold in your country. In that case, you're pretty much out of luck as far as returning it goes.
