Why do I have low to no signal often with my new iPhone 12 pro max?!

Do you see No Service or Searching when this occurs? If so, take a look at these steps: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad


If not, check that your iPhone is up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Also, check for any available carrier settings updates: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad


Finally, restart your iPhone, and test again.
