remove or erase stolen ipad?
My ipad mini 4 was stolen. I have since purchased a new ipad mini 5 and restored all apps. I would like to erase and remove the stolen device without affecting the new device. Is that possible?

Here is Apple’s advice for lost or stolen devices:
If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support
Use the Find My app to locate a lost or stolen device – Apple Support
Facilities to manage/recover a lost or stolen device are predicated on Find My iPad being enabled on the device before it was lost.
Remotely managing a lost or stolen device will have no impact upon any other devices.
