wifi issue

my new iPhone 12 mini have a serious issue about wifi connection setting

I follow all customer support procedures but still no connection.

when I trying to connect any wifi router or any other things

my wifi connection symbol disappears from the home screen if I trying to connect with witi.

may I know which bug is this?

A few things to try - test after each one:


First, try Settings/Wi-Fi, tap on the i next to your network name and turn off Private Address, then Forget the network and try again to reconnect.


Does your router have MAC filtering (aka Access Control) enabled? If so you must add the Wi-Fi address of your phone to the list of allowed devices.


Restart your router.


Settings/General/Reset - Reset Network Settings.
