I had an iTunes acct it was disabled to App Store and iTunes because my cc was hacked. The cc is gone. I want to set up new acct with only debit card so I see my charges immediately.

My iTunes account was hacked I now it now says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes . I had someone steal my cc info that cc is deleted. I only want to put my debit card there not a credit card so that never will happen again
