Hello gmh043!

If you subscribe to Apple One, most of your current Apple subscriptions (like Apple Music, Fitness+, and Arcade) are converted into one subscription, and no data is lost.

If you currently subscribe to iCloud, Apple One grants extra storage but does not cancel the other subscription. E.g. if you pay for 2TB/month, and you purchase Apple One Premier, you will have access to 4TB/month of iCloud storage. Canceling your current iCloud subscription will not result in a loss of data.

Hope this helped!
