Keyboard not working on logic

Hey, my yamaha psr -e463 keyboard suddenly stopped working while I was working on one of my tracks. I've spent a couple of days trying to figure it out and I can't seem to understand. On preferences I have my digital keyboard selected for input, but nothing comes out when I play. I tried it on garageband and it worked fine but for some reason when I use it on logic, it just doesn't work. Also, I haven't run into this issue in years using my keyboard with logic. This is a really frustrating problem.
