So i bought 4 AirTags, i used one on my iPhone 12 Pro and it can find the airtags without a problem. But once i connected another airtag to another item on another phone: IPhone XS Max. The find icon is not available. It instead shows “Directions With You” Icon.

I mange to solve it on my wife's phone...
Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Find and check While Using.
My wife's phone was set to Never.

Mine was already on “while using” but Find Nearby still doesn’t appear.

I bought a 4 pack Airtags. Added first to my phone and it worked fine with "Nearby". Added a second to my wife's phone and she only gets "Directions". Both phones are 12 Pro Max.
