Why when I tried to download a game it doesn’t let me download the game and it says that my account is disabled

how can I disabled my account

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
