Transferring Music:

If you want to use a different Apple Account, the purchased items cannot be used with this other account you speak of. As for exporting it, you can do the entire library.

I. Locate the Music Media folder location

1. Open: Music
2. Go Here: Music menu
3. Select: Preferences
4. Click: Files button (middle item)
5. Highlight: the location shown
6. Right-Click: on location name
7. Select: Copy (Screenshot 1)

II. Go to the Music Media Folder:

1. Click: on the Desktop
2. Click: Go menu
3. Select: Go to Folder... (Screenshot 2)

III. Open the Music Media Folder:

1. Type: a tilde "~"
2. Right-Click: after the tilde
3. Select: Paste
4. Click: Go (Screenshot 3)

III. Export to an External Hard Drive:

1. Right-Click: Media folder
2. Select: Copy (Screenshot 4)
3. Paste: the Media Folder into an external hard drive

IV. Perform: Steps 1 and 2 on on the Other Mac

V. Copy-and-Paste: all from into an external hard drive into the other Mac's the Music Media folder location

VI. All should be transferred

No. This is not possible, as Apple Accounts cannot be merged as of this reply. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Software Developers and TV/Movie/Music Studios
