How do I find the date when I deleted an app on my iphone 6s?

It is not possible to find the time and date of the day you deleted an app - but you can see when you first downloaded it.
Open the App Store, tap on your profile picture, select Purchased. Now you get an overview of all your downloaded apps, and you can see when you bought / downloaded them.
