Downgrade iCloud Storage

Hello there, I got problem for downgrade storage iCloud. When I click downgrade plan and choose a free storage 5 gb theres nothing change, My Plan still on 200gb storage. How can i resolve the problem???

Strange. Check again that you have canceled your Storage Plan correctly.

Thank you for your reply or answer.

FYI, My renewals is 30 April 2021, and I think is over or expired because I don't buy again or I'm not top-up My Balance so the subscription can't automatically renews.

I Still can't changing My storage to 5 GB.
