CPU usage after update to BigSur

After updating to BigSur my macbook started to heating up even on really bisic tasks such as web browsing or watching youtube videos. I opened up Intel Power Gadget and it shows such spikes in all graphs except Utilization.

I tried to limit any background apps but it didn't help. The battery drains much faster and the heat is too much for my laps :)

I was hoping that the next system update will help but this problem is still going even on 11.3 version.

Any idea what kind of bug is this or maybe this is a hardware-related topic and I should give the machine away to the professionals?

Open Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL processes and check in CPU tab for runaway processes and do same in Memory Tab. This can help identify offending Process and or Application.
