IOS Transfer Tool / Receiving old test messages

Hi there,

We have a iPhone 11 here. We used a IOS tranfer tool, to transfer the data from an old Samsung device to this iPhone 11.

Recently the user has been receiving old (read) text messages. That the user already has answered and read. Also messages from about a year ago.

How can we solve this issue? I was thinking about putting it to factory, and then install it with the iCloud back-up. But could this solve the issue? Or is there a faster and easier way?

Hi,

We are not sure. probably the user never told us. I think maybe 1,5 month after the transfer. I did not use any other third party tools to transfer the basic data of the samsung phone.

We did use a third party tool to transfer the Whatsapp data.

Was the transfer complete?

After how many days of the transfer, this phenomenon (Old Message receiving) has started?

Did you use any other third-party apps other than Move to iOS?
