Airpod Pro is not showing in apple ID

I can't see my airpod pro in my device list after I connected to my iPhone. If I connected the airpod to windows it has buffering problem.

Hello,

If your AirPods are out of Bluetooth range, out of charge, or in the case with the cover closed, Find My won't give a current location. 

Also:

Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices

AirPods Support
