School time setting on Apple watch

On the watch app on my iPhone- I am getting a message that ‘school time is unavailable’ . Why is this? Do I need to activate something separately on my child’s watch to enable this?

Apple Watch school time I can’t turn off the school time mode on my Apple Watch, but it doesn’t work. I tried to click it and and then turn the Digital Crown, but nothing happens and it’s really bothering me. I don’t have school time scheduled either, my device isn’t managed by someone else and I don’t have scheduled school time. how do I turn it off?
