Find or filter for low res copies made by Twitter app?

I am trying to find a way to easily find and delete the low res copies of images social media apps save into my camera roll.

Apps like Twitter and Facebook will create a low res copy of an image when you use their edit function to change an image before posting it. These images annoyingly get saved into the camera roll and uploaded to iCloud.

Is there a way to find these images and bulk delete them from iCloud photos using the desktop Photos app?
