Cannot Delete any apps

I have tried going to the App Library, the iPhone storage in general settings, the cloud and anything else I’ve been seeing online and I cannot delete apps off my phone. Please help.

If the delete option is not there, try this:

Settings, Screen Time, Content and Privacy Restrictions, iTunes and App Store Purchases, Deleting Apps, Allow “on”

or turn screen time completely off.
