Phone has locked me out

My phone has always been fine and 2 hours ago my phone screen has stopped working and has come up with three messages

you can free up storage space

your iphone is not connected to the internet ( It is ??)

and

UNABLE to verify thsi iphone has a genuine Apple display.........

It has never been repaired and has been fine
