Siri and dictation don't work

Hi,

My phone is iPhone 8. I'm wondering if anyone have the same problem as I do now.

I can't use Siri these 2 days. When I say "Hey Siri," it responds, but later it'll say "something went wrong" and ask me to try again. My dictation is acting weird. I can only do dictation in English, but if I do dictation in Chinese then it doesn't respond.

I already turn the Siri off and on multiple times. I also tried to turn off Siri, turn off and on the phone, and turn Siri back on. I also tried to turn off Siri, reset network, and turn Siri back on, but nothing works.

What else can I try?
