Apple TV + - is content country specific?

I don’t know where to find an answer to my question, but since I know there should be an episode 14 of the Oprah Conversation and I can only find 13 as the latest in the app - is the content country specific? My subscription is for Sweden and I’m wondering if it’s maybe a delay. That it’s first added in USA and days/weeks later for some other countries. Anyone knows?
