My iPhone 6s+ is showing a restore screen

My iPhone 6s+ showed a restore screen that "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" and this does not look good.

Help. Urgent. May 3, 2021

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

(Which is where the error message said to go)
