Change ipad Mini 4 registration from husband over to wife's name and phone number

For some reason I can't remember, I originally set up my wife's iPad Mini 4 with my name and phone number. We are now about to change all the apps and data over to a new iPad Mini 6, but would like to her name and phone number on the new device. (When my iphone receives a call, it simultaneously rings on her iPhone, which I would like to fix.) Easiest way to fix? Just received new Mini 6, but haven't yet set it up.
