Lighting to hdmi doesn’t work

My lighting to hdmi converter never works. I pay 50 bucks every time and buy one but it never works longer than a month. And I don’t even watch tv every day. I’ve tried this with iPhone 4, 6, 6s plus and se2020! What’s up Apple? I pay big bucks for things to work and I feel you guys are just shooting fish in a barrel for quick undeserved money... considering going all Android with my next phone . At least t they can consistently get Netflix from my phone to my tv

It sounds like you're experiencing some issues using a Digital AV adapter with your iPhone and Netflix. We will be happy to provide some guidance.

While it is Netflix that I would most use, it won’t work period. My comment was clear that a new adapter almost always lasts for only about one month. Then nothing. Being as how when the adaptor is new. It isn’t the hdmi cord or the tv. It is the bad product being sold. There are HUNDREDS of similar complaints on line. How come you charge so much for a product that is clearly defective?

That will be difficult as I’ve been through thre of them and won’t buy any more because it was $150 down the drain in four months. I finally checked online and found many have the same issue. So go ahead. Get one yourself and try it for a while . Have Multiple representatives do this. Then complain to your company about how they don’t work maybe they’ll listen to you since they don’t seem to listen to the customer complaints
