What do you mean by damaged?
The Apple Watch band is covered by apples one year limited warranty against defects etc. however it isn't covered for accidental damage.
If you purchased Apple Care for your Apple Watch you will get an additional 2 years of coverage for up to 2 incidents (Some exclusions apply including cosmetic damage)
the solo loop is less than a year old so it is definitely in warranty and if you have any concerns about it you can reach out to Apple Support at support.apple.com or 1 (800) 263-3394 (North America number)
