lost some of my Top Sites when updating to Big Sur lates version 11.3.1 running Safari ver 14.1 Top sites now limited to 12 sites. how do I manage to add or substract in top sites from the Start Page.

I have Top Sites on my iMac as I upgraded from Catalina but no Top Sites on my new MacBook Air M1 since it came with Big Sur. Will Top Sites make a comeback in a future update?
The start page is the new Page in the safari browser under Big Sur, below Favorites you used to have Frequently used sites now they made it Top Sites as before, it works with thumbnail or icons but I don't know how to add or substract content.

I have no idea what a "Start" page is, but on my Mac, when I create a new tab, it shows what is in my Favorites bar.
Same as when I click in the URL/Search field.
