App is currently not available in our country or region

I'm in the United States, and I'm trying to install an app that I know is available, but I'm getting a notification saying: App Not Available; This app is currently not available in our country or region. In settings, my location is correct. I have saved my location information, payment method and shipping address. I'm still getting the error.

I guess I was misled by your original statement which led me to think you had already confirmed it is in the USA store. :-/
