Cancelling eHarmony subscription and refund

I bought a year subscription to eHarmony on my iPhone yesterday, didn't like it and wanted a refund. Their website says that if purchased with an Apple product, it must be cancelled via iTunes. The policy regarding refunds is that they will only be given within 3 days of purchase. When I go to Subscriptions on my iPhone it shows the subscription renews May 2, 2022, but only allows me to cancel the renewal without getting refunded. HELP!!!

You'll have to cancel the subscription first before requesting a refund. Follow the steps in How to cancel a subscription from Apple. This link will guide you through how to cancel your subscription.
