Resume play

Watching Mosquito Coast on AppleTV app (thru FireStick). When I pause for more than 30-45 seconds, the show goes back to beginning instead of resuming where I left off. This doesn’t happen on other streaming platforms.

is this something that can be fixed or changed?

Paused location not on home page I was watching network TV with YouTube TV on Apple TV. (CBS Sunday Morning). I paused it for 30 minutes or so and there was a check connection on TV. I turned back on and am unable to find the program for current day on home page nor could I find a paused location icon. The only way I was able to watch was later in the day when entire episode was released. I have had this issue before even without the connection error. I find it difficult to go back to a paused program even without the disconnect.

TV programs also start over after paused How can I change my setting so that episodes don't reset to the beginning? This is extremely frustrating. If I paused even for 5 minutes, I have to fast forward to where I left off. I am using the app on a firestick.

Resume playing I watch Apple TV though Roku and it does not resume my episode when I get back into the app? Up next just starts the episode over from the beginning

Did you sign in with your Apple ID account?

Play position will be stored online to your account, to make the feature work across all devices.
