Good morning / Good afternoon, I cannot get into my daughter’s ipad, my daughter somehow forgot her apple id and password, we would like to know if there is any way we could fix this.

You have run into an Activation Lock. This is a security feature that you are not going to be able to bypass without inputting the correct Password to the Apple ID that has been partially displayed as a hint.
