Groovy, just what I wanted but when I try to add text, once I fill up the first page, the letterhead image moves to the next page:

Figured it out. What I overlooked was when grouping the Text, shape, and image boxes the option appears in "Format," "Stay on Page," or "Move with Text." Apparently, "Move with Text," is default. So, "Stay on Page," in "Format," "Arrange."

Hi Mr. Bacon,
Is the letterhead in the Section Master (page "background")?
If so, it will appear on every page of that section.
Insert a Section Break at the bottom of Page 1.
Is the letterhead in the page header?
If so, it will appear on every page of that section.
Insert a Section Break at the bottom of Page 1, then Document Button > Section Tab > untick Match Previous Section.

Template changes when I add text
