Watch 6 Microphone not working

I just got my Apple Watch series 6 a couple months ago. Recently the microphone stopped working. I can’t dictate, talk text and Siri and callers can’t hear my voice. I tried updating to newest updates on both iPhone X and watch, turning on/off both devices and making sure all Siri options are on (eg “hey Siri” is on). Nothing seems to fix it. I didn’t drop or get it wet and I don’t have a case or debris blocking the openings. Anyone else have this problem and what can I do to fix it?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your post, it appears there's an issue with the microphone. We'll do what we can to help.

Are you able to make voice memos without issue? This provides the steps on how to do that: Record and play voice memos on Apple Watch

If it's having issues, it might be the hardware microphone. The best way to check this is to unpair your Apple Watch from the iPhone and set it up again: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

If you're still having issues, the best thing to do is look at the hardware for the microphone: watch Repair - Official Apple Support
