Just wondering if anyone else is seeing similar issues with the software update screen for iOS 14.5.1, it just displays a template of what should be there and doesn't let you press Download and Install (see screenshot).
I am using iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB

This issue is being experienced by a very large number of users including myself. Most of us have restarted our phones numerous times.
This is an Apple issue not an isolated individual user iPhone issue.

Same here: the iPadOS updated without a problem. Only the iPhone doesn’t update from 14.5 to 14.5.1 with the same behaviour as described / seen in the screenshot.
Thanks for continuing the investigation into this, jPhone7! That's so strange that such a bug would occur due to language settings, but great to know that I'm not the only one and that Apple is working on a fix.
Yes, I’m seeing this on all three iPhones in our family. Tried all sorts of things including force restart and issue remains. However, our iPads updated without any issues.
I am having the same issue. I have hard reset my iphone12 Pro Max six times and still get this.. I did have auto update on. So it has the download just cant install.
