Other devices appearing in Windows 10 20H2 Device Manager with question mark - MAP MAS-iOS / Wireless iAP / Wireless iAP v2

Hi, I have a persistent issue on a Dell Windows 10 20H2 laptop in conjunction with an iPhone XR. Device Manager entries relating to iOS appear as follows:

? MAP MAS-iOS

? Wireless iAP

? Wireless iAP v2

These can be removed but this only serves to hide the issue.

The laptop has been reset already.

Other Bluetooth devices include a Logitech keyboard, and a Logitech mouse.

The issue has been persistent since June 2020.

This seems to relate to, or runs in parallel with the Device Association Service using up to 90% of system resources.
