iPhone calls cannot be made

Sometimes I cannot make or receive calls. I have taken my iPhone (11 Pro) to my phone carrier and they removed and re-inserted the Sim card and then it was fine. However intermittently still - especially after I have powered down my phone, when it comes back up I cannot make or receive phone calls. Could this be a sign that my Sims card is going bad? it is not an issue with cell towers.

For about 12 hours, I was unable to make calls from my iPhone 11 I can understand why my iPhone 11 might have been unhappy with me. Yesterday I spent several hours in an area with little to no cell service, occasionally trying to make a call, but never succeeding. Then I found a strong WiFi signal and connected to it. Data worked fine. Couldn't connect a call. WiFi calling is enabled. Returned home to good cell service and great WiFi, and still couldn't connect a call. This morning, still couldn't connect, despite turning Airplane mode on and off, and restarting the phone. A couple hours later, everything suddenly went back to normal. Phone problem? SIM problem? Carrier problem? Any ideas?

when I make phone calls, the message nobody is available to take your call at the moment, please try later. I cannot make phone calls on my iphone now because every time I try to call someone (even my spouse) the following message always comes up: Nobody is available to take your call at the moment. Please try again later. is this software issue or carrier issue> Thanks

iPhone 13 call failed Is anyone doing anything about the iPhone 13 Pro Max not being able to make phone calls? I know three people with the exact same phone and all three of us cannot make phone calls about 30 to 40% of the time. Please do not send me another article on how to turn it onto airplane mode, change the Sim card, restart the phone, or wipe out my entire network settings. I have done every single one of these things, and nothing works. I run my business through this phone, and I see nothing being done about this problem. Can someone please please help?

You need to work with your carrier on this as they manage sending and receiving calls.
