Can't get track info in iTunes

Since yesterday, I've been unable to get track names for very popular CDs in iTunes (a Gracenote issue?). I've done everything suggested in other threads (reinstalled iTunes, checked firewall rules and restarted my router). When a well-know cd is entered I get the message "The song names for this CD could not be found online" (eg bothe the new Pink Floyd, but also ald stufff like Green by REM), after which I ask to get the track names and then I receive a Gracenote error: 0x0 (which, in itself, isn't too helpful).

I'm running iTunes on Windows 10, with the latest version.

Obviously quite frustrating as I can't see that anything has changed on my system - at all!

Any thoughts or ideas would be most welcome.
