AirTag in Rental Car Tracking Me Hi Recently I rented a car for 1 day from a car-sharing platform. When I reached home, my iPhone began to popup screens and messages that "AirTag Detected Near You", "Allow Find My yo use Your location" and I wasn't sure why is it so. I then went for the second drive for more than 5 hours, and I was surprised that it showed the route that I took. I parked the car in a quiet car park and heard a very faint 'peep' sound somewhere near to the hand brake. May I ask what is the purpose of AirTag and why is it installed in the car?
