78 year old yellow pad kind of guy

It is a simple one. I bought my first Mac in 1986. I own a MacBook Air and I'm really turned on by the iPad Pro M1. B U T, from far away, I live in the Andes Mountains in the north of Chile, it seems complex. Is there a source of knowledge to enable an old analog dog to take full advantage of this gem? Thank you. M.
