How to reset my locked Apple Watch and it’s not connect withy phone
my Apple Watch locked and asked me to reset the watch however it’s not connected to my new phone yet (I reset my phone wwhich connectedwith this watch previously)

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
