Safari on iPhone 7/ iOS 14.4.2

When I try to open a link in an email, I get the following: safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet.

I have an unlimited cellular plan, but I can only open the link if I have WiFi on. I don’t even use Safari as my browser.

any thoughts?

Hi DogKnee,

It looks like you're having issues opening links when on cellular data. If that's correct, let's try the following.

Make sure cellular data is enabled for Mail and then see if you're able to use the link on cellular data without issue.
