Hello my question my iPhone has been disabled I bought it second hand from a shop I have got the receipt as long as the box as well I want to unlock my phone

The fact that it's disabled isn't a problem.
Follow the instructions here: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
The bigger problem is going to be the fact that it is probably activation locked, with means it will be completely useless.
Return it and get your money back.
