I can’t change my country/region
I moved back to the States from Mainland China and I can’t change my country/region. I have never had a balance in my account nor do I have any subscriptions. I’ve also deleted all the apps I had downloaded in China. After a recent update, the App Store has completely changed back to the Chinese one, I’m having trouble upgrading and downloading new US apps and I can’t use the two factor authentication because it’s still connected to my old Chinese number.
