Wallet notifications for Amex transactions delayed (off by one)

I've seen other mentions of this. I'm not going to restore my entire phone just to fix this one dumb problem, but it seems odd that whenever I make an Amex purchase, I get notified of the previous purchase. I'm forever off by one on these notifications.

It used to work great: the moment my card was charged, there was the notification. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm switching to notifications from the Amex app itself, in case that fixes it.

Today on 2:47 , i get notifications from “Message” .When i check it,its automatically buying stuff that i didnt proceed to buy.Please help me i kept the money😭
